What Can I Expect With Wellness Coaching?
At the heart of our wellness coaching process is a commitment to empowering you with the self discovery tools, knowledge and accountability you need to achieve lasting change. Whether you are looking to lose weight, manage stress or simply feel better, we work with you to create a plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
The first couple sessions are focused on self-discovery using a variety of tools and assessments. The following sessions are vision based. The goal of these sessions are to establish small intentions in a Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Timely (SMART) framework to build self confidence to meet a larger and more sustainable goal. Each session is built with accountability check ins.
