Our practice is dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through personalized care and expert guidance. We believe in a whole-person approach to wellness, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to help you thrive.
About Me
I started in healthcare at the age of 17 as a certified nursing assistant. I was a bedside nurse at age 20 and eventually, returned to school for my bachelor's degree to doctorate, which I completed in 2015. My nursing career has included working in intensive care units, global medical missions, and advanced practice in Neurosurgery. I shifted my training and education to incorporate a proactive approach rather than always reactive.
All our services are grounded in wellness coaching, and all that means is that I try to understand what you value and care about most and try to deliver care that meets those objectives. Together, we can create achievable and sustainable wellness plans tailored to your needs and desires.

For over a decade, my career was in medical device sales where I worked with physicians and patients trying to better their health and quality of life. I am an avid yoga practitioner and certified instructor. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Anthony, our three daughters, and our dog."
