Hormones

Tired? Decreased libido? Thinning hair? Weight gain? Decreased strength? Irregular menstruation? Erectile Dysfunction? Mental fog? Depression? Anxiety? Hot flashes? Sleep disturbances?

You likely have a hormone imbalance.

Hormone Optimization is a delicate balancing act. When hormones are off balance, normal function is affected, which often leads to chronic symptoms, disorders and /or disease. Lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, environmental factors can impact that balance as well as overall health.

Excess stress, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, environmental factors can also attribute to lower testosterone even in younger men.

Some symptoms may start as irregular cycles, heavy or light periods, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, changes in menstrual cycle length. They may advance into hot flashes, night sweats, thinning hair, fatigue, depression, weight gain, sleep disturbances, loss of sexual libido, urinary disturbances, mood swings or irritability.
